Privacy

The property lookup sends an address by JSON POST to our serverless function. We do not intentionally include full addresses in URLs or analytics events, and we do not operate a property-record database.

If configured, privacy-conscious aggregate analytics record page and event names such as lookup completion, not the submitted address. Cloudflare processes site traffic and Turnstile verification. NYC Open Data receives the bounded public-data queries needed to return records.

Email signup sends the supplied address, page source, and selected resource to Sender for delivery and subscription management. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email. The honeypot, Turnstile, and an aggregate daily counter help limit abuse.
